Probation Period for UPSC Recruitment 2024

According to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the candidate will be appointed for a period of 01 year.

Age Limit:

As stated in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the age limit is mentioned below:

The maximum age limit should not exceed 35 years as on normal closing date.

Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them.

Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/UT Government Servants up to 5 years as per instructions or orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

• The candidate should have at least 03 years of research experience in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering related to water/power/marine aspects.
